Description

  • Respond rapidly to inbound leads and estimate requests.
  • Handle inbound calls and web inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Re-engage past customers and unsold opportunities.
  • Convert one-time customers into maintenance plans when appropriate.
  • Maintain strong close rates and consistent follow-up.
  • Build trust quickly with homeowners through consultative selling.
  • Accurately track pipeline and communications in the CRM.
  • Maintain speed-to-lead and disciplined pipeline management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an inbound sales closer.
  • Strong phone and communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust quickly and represent a premium brand.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and confidence working with higher-end homeowners.
  • High sense of urgency, responsiveness, and accountability.
  • Organized, disciplined, and comfortable handling high lead volume.
  • Self-managed and able to work remotely with strong ownership and professionalism.
  • Preferred experience in home services or other phone-sold industries such as medical equipment, elective healthcare, dental, legal, home improvement, HVAC, pest control, roofing, landscaping, pool, or recurring services.
  • Preferred experience in high-converting inbound sales environments.
  • Preferred CRM experience with GHL, Jobber, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
