Description

  • Review CVs and shortlist candidates for active job openings, ensuring alignment with job requirements.
  • Conduct outbound candidate outreach, primarily via LinkedIn, to build and re-engage candidate pipelines.
  • Manage candidate pipelines including sending materials, tracking progress, and re-engaging prospects.
  • Update, maintain, and administer the ATS/CRM (primarily Zoho).
  • Handle candidate and client communications via email and text to support recruitment workflows.
  • Perform general administrative and research tasks to support the recruitment team’s operations.
  • Use AI and other workflow tools to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems, specifically Zoho (or willingness to work in Zoho).
  • Experience with LinkedIn and job boards for sourcing and outreach (access may be provided).
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini and ChatGPT for workflow automation.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Technical equipment: USB headset with noise cancellation and working webcam.
  • Hardware: main and backup computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4 GB RAM.
  • Internet: main wired connection of at least 25 Mbps and a backup connection of at least 10 Mbps.
  • Availability to work 8:00 AM–12:00 PM UK Time (12:00 AM–4:00 AM PST); remote role with location listed as Manila, Philippines.
  • Openness for the role to expand to full-time after an initial period.
