Description

  • Coordinate candidate endorsements, movement, and onboarding requirements.
  • Prepare candidate briefs and communicate with clients and candidates by email, messaging, and phone.
  • Schedule, monitor, and manage interviews, including obtaining feedback and coordinating next steps.
  • Conduct regular calls and proactive follow-ups with clients and candidates.
  • Repurpose qualified candidates who are not selected for suitable active opportunities within required timelines.
  • Address client concerns, manage escalations, and coordinate resolutions.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment, Staffing, Customer Success, and other internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate tracking, documentation, and records of hiring and onboarding activities.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including confidence with outbound calls.
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • Strong time management and follow-up skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving ability, including identifying blockers, adapting to changing priorities, and escalating issues when needed.
  • Customer-service orientation with strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and results-driven execution.
  • Proficiency with email, calendars, communication platforms, CRM/ATS systems, and administrative tools.
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and coordinate effectively across teams.
