Description

  • Manage the full talent acquisition process from requisition intake through pre-onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, industry events, and advanced search techniques.
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to clarify hiring requirements and expectations.
  • Provide recommendations on candidate profiles, market trends, and recruitment best practices.
  • Maintain clear communication and timely feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Extend offers, negotiate compensation packages, and address candidate questions or concerns.
  • Collaborate with tertiary institutions and other organizations on recruitment events, internships, and talent pipelines.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Complete ad hoc recruitment duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment operations and/or talent acquisition.
  • Experience hiring technical roles across Southeast Asia is preferred.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Proficiency in Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong data management, reporting, and analysis skills, including advanced Excel or similar skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
