Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition kickoff through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using structured assessments and scorecards.
  • Partner with hiring managers and interview teams on talent needs, pipelines, timelines, and hiring decisions.
  • Build diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, direct outreach, and AI-assisted tools.
  • Coordinate interviews, collect structured feedback, communicate next steps, and maintain candidate engagement.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records, recruiting workflows, pipeline data, and reporting on time-to-fill and pipeline health.
  • Provide regular recruiting updates to leadership and escalate risks, delays, and process issues.
  • Support employer branding by collaborating with Marketing to communicate Kobie’s culture and values.
  • Manage approximately 6–10 concurrent requisitions while meeting hiring timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Located in the Tampa Bay, Florida area and able to work remotely with occasional collaboration at the St. Petersburg headquarters.
  • 3–5 years of full-cycle corporate or in-house recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions, candidates, and hiring timelines.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate candidate data.
  • Experience working remotely or in geographically distributed environments with autonomy and accountability.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, direct outreach, and passive-candidate research.
  • Ability to conduct structured behavioral interviews and apply standardized assessment tools equitably.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with Lever ATS is strongly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for technology, product, data, analytics, client services, marketing, SaaS, MarTech, loyalty technology, or specialized technical roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted sourcing tools, recruiting automation, complex interview processes, and offer negotiations is preferred.
