Description

  • Research and build prospect lists of authoritative websites, blogs, directories, review platforms, and industry publications.
  • Execute personalized outreach via email and social channels to secure backlinks, guest posts, citations, unlinked mentions, and directory listings.
  • Manage citation sources to keep NAP and brand information consistent and accurate across directories and review sites.
  • Identify guest posting, resource page, broken-link, and digital PR opportunities aligned with the company’s audience and content.
  • Track outreach status, follow-ups, response rates, and links won in a CRM or tracking sheet.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliate partners such as bloggers, review sites, comparison sites, and influencers.
  • Support day-to-day affiliate program operations, including partner communication, sharing assets and links, and answering questions.
  • Monitor affiliate placements and links for accuracy, attribution, and compliance with brand and program guidelines.
  • Maintain relationships with existing affiliates to encourage ongoing promotion and content updates.
  • Report outreach volume, acquired links and citations, affiliate signups, and domain metrics to marketing leadership.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals, including backlinks, citations, domain authority, and anchor text.
  • Working knowledge of link-building tactics such as guest posting, directory and citation building, digital PR, broken-link building, and outreach.
  • Strong written English and personalized, professional outreach/email communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns and follow-ups simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and prospecting/tracking tools; self-starter, persistent, and target-driven.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Moz, and/or affiliate platforms is a strong plus.
  • Prior experience in outreach, SEO, affiliate marketing, sales development, or digital PR is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with affiliate networks or management platforms such as PartnerStack, Impact, Rewardful, or FirstPromoter is a nice to have.
  • Experience using outreach tools such as Hunter, Pitchbox, BuzzStream, or Mailshake is a nice to have.
  • Basic understanding of content marketing and how content supports link acquisition is a nice to have.
