Description

  • Generate leads for the sales pipeline.
  • Pre-qualify leads before handing them off to sales.
  • Set appointments for the sales team to close.
  • Use Freight CRM tools to manage lead information and workflow.
  • Work with Google Suite and Microsoft Teams to support day-to-day coordination.
  • Communicate with leads and internal teams in fluent English.
  • Follow the client’s scheduling and operational requirements for the role.

Requirements

  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Experience in lead generation and lead qualification.
  • Experience setting appointments or supporting sales follow-up.
  • Familiarity with Freight CRM tools, Google Suite, Microsoft Teams, and Salesforce.
  • Must be available to work an 8am to 5pm MT schedule.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation.
  • Working webcam.
  • Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
  • Internet connection with at least 25 Mbps cable speed and a 10 Mbps backup connection.
