Description

  • Audit and rebuild the GoHighLevel account, including sub-segmented pipelines and a full 10-stage patient journey.
  • Build dedicated landing pages and forms for each campaign.
  • Run and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Create and automate email and SMS nurturing sequences for lead response, no-show recovery, reactivation, and retention.
  • Repurpose podcast and organic social content into ad creatives and support an Instagram-focused acquisition engine.
  • Track and report on attribution, CPL, contact rates, booking rates, show rates, and conversions.
  • Recommend budget allocation based on performance and patient economics.
  • Ensure ad claims and landing pages comply with LegitScript and medical/legal restrictions.
  • Collaborate with the internal team on execution and improvements.

Requirements

  • Advanced GoHighLevel experience with pipeline segmentation, automation, and workflow architecture is mandatory.
  • Strong performance marketing experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Experience with healthcare or wellness marketing systems, including landing pages, CRM segmentation, and email/SMS automation.
  • Ability to build sub-segmented pipelines and funnel automations from scratch.
  • Experience with full-funnel analytics and revenue attribution, including CPL, contact rate, booking rate, and show rate.
  • Experience creating or repurposing short- and long-form podcast clips for ad creatives.
  • Must be able to audit broken systems, propose technical fixes, and execute independently.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation.
  • Working webcam.
  • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
  • Main internet connection of at least 25 Mbps cable speed.
  • Backup internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
