Description

  • Design, calibrate, and maintain Marketing Mix Models to quantify cross-channel marketing performance.
  • Architect scalable growth data models and analytical schemas using BigQuery, DBT, RudderStack, and Omni.
  • Conduct exploratory analysis across acquisition channels to identify growth opportunities.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate recurring reporting, and improve insight generation.
  • Design measurement and incrementality frameworks for CRM and lifecycle workflows.
  • Create measurement frameworks for AI search visibility and GEO traffic attribution.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives and presentations for marketing leaders and stakeholders.
  • Own the growth measurement stack, including MMM, geo-lift testing, and privacy-first server-side event tracking.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Finance to align analytics with CAC, LTV, and business goals.
  • Establish data documentation, reporting standards, and visualization guidelines to improve analytical quality.

Requirements

  • Direct hands-on experience with at least one of MMM or incrementality testing.
  • Proven experience in marketing analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and multi-touch attribution.
  • Ability to write advanced, production-grade code and build robust data models.
  • Experience with privacy-first tracking approaches.
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills.
  • Strong data storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and solve complex cross-functional problems.
  • Experience coaching others in data visualization and analytical communication (preferred).
  • Experience with AI tools or analytics automation (preferred).
