Description

  • Launch and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and programmatic channels.
  • Own paid acquisition end-to-end, including keyword research, bid strategy, creative testing, and conversion optimization.
  • Implement attribution models, UTM governance, and multi-touch tracking to measure CAC and ROAS accurately.
  • Run rapid growth experiments across paid, SEO, and organic channels to identify scalable acquisition opportunities.
  • Design and optimize full-funnel landing page and conversion journeys from ad click through activation, upsell, and retention.
  • Build high-converting landing pages and execute A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor SEO performance and optimize content and site structure for better search visibility.
  • Write high-converting, SEO-optimized copy for ads, landing pages, blogs, case studies, and guides.
  • Own lifecycle marketing flows across onboarding, retention, upsell, winback, and referrals.
  • Set up and manage email infrastructure, segmentation, deliverability, and nurture sequences.
  • Develop co-marketing, affiliate, influencer, community-led growth, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Support hiring, documentation, and team process development as the company grows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on B2B performance marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to speed up execution.
  • Proven track record managing meaningful ad budgets across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience optimizing funnels and landing pages using CRO best practices.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and influencer or affiliate campaigns.
  • Proven SEO strategy, content production, and performance measurement experience.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Framer, PostHog, and campaign managers such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent copywriting and design instincts, with the ability to create or direct high-quality marketing assets.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar platforms.
  • Preferred: Experience taking a B2B SaaS business from $0 to $1–5M ARR or showing measurable impact on CPC, CVR, CAC, pipeline, or MRR.
