Description

  • Plan and execute a calendar of in-person experiences, including founder dinners, executive roundtables, salons, suite takeovers, and conference activations.
  • Design creative off-program events around major conferences that pull high-value prospects into meaningful conversations.
  • Run smaller high-signal events in the first phase, then scale into larger productions as the motion proves out.
  • Identify the right events, venues, audiences, and formats to put founders and executives in front of high-fit buyers.
  • Own end-to-end event logistics, including venue sourcing, invite lists, vendor management, on-site execution, and follow-up.
  • Curate small guest lists with the goal of creating intimate, high-quality conversations rather than large attendance numbers.
  • Partner with sales to convert event attendees into qualified pipeline and closed customers.
  • Build repeatable playbooks for event types so the program can be handed off and scaled as the team grows.
  • Deploy budget thoughtfully and make a clear case for ROI.
  • Report on pipeline sourced, CAC per event, and revenue influenced.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in field marketing, events, or in-person enterprise sales.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or AI is a bonus.
  • A track record of sourcing real pipeline and revenue from events, not just attendance numbers.
  • Creative event instincts and the ability to design exclusive, high-demand experiences.
  • Strong relationships with venues, vendors, restaurants, and conference organizers in major tech hubs such as SF, NYC, Vegas, Austin, and Florida.
  • Comfort working directly with founders and executives to design thought leadership content.
  • An operator mindset with the ability to manage bookings, invitations, execution, and follow-up without extensive support.
  • Willingness to travel 30–50% and work nights when events require it.
  • Self-directed, resourceful, and able to make things work without waiting for perfect conditions or more headcount.
  • Player-coach mindset with interest in building and leading a team once the motion is proven.
  • Experience marketing to both technical and non-technical buyers is preferred.
  • Existing network in the AI or enterprise SaaS ecosystem is preferred.
  • Background launching a field motion from zero at an earlier-stage company is preferred.
  • Hospitality, concierge, or high-end events experience is preferred.
