Description

  • Maintain accurate client, contract, team, and cleaning job records in the proprietary app.
  • Create, update, modify, or delete cleaning jobs based on client requests and operational needs.
  • Monitor scheduled cleanings, follow up on delays or absences, and adjust assignments when required.
  • Provide first-level customer support through WhatsApp and email for general inquiries, standard requests, and changes.
  • Support users with basic application questions, workflow guidance, and non-technical issue reporting.
  • Onboard new cleaning teams and new contracts by preparing checklists, cleaning plans, evaluation grids, and related materials.
  • Coordinate billing support by organizing receipts, preparing supplier payments, issuing client invoices, and correcting basic invoicing errors.
  • Assign tasks to the supervisor, follow up on execution, and summarize field feedback for the client.
  • Post job announcements on Canadian platforms, screen applicants, coordinate trial cleanings, and track recruitment progress.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in an administrative, operations, or executive assistant role is implied for this coordination-heavy position.
  • Good reading and comprehension in English and French, including understanding instructions and documentation.
  • Good written communication in English and French for WhatsApp and email correspondence.
  • Sufficient spoken English and French for internal communication, with most client and team interactions handled in writing.
  • Ability to follow documented procedures and work within a client-guided process.
  • Comfort using WhatsApp, email, and a proprietary in-house app, with training provided.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and handle repetitive operational tasks with attention to detail.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation.
  • Working webcam.
  • Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM.
  • Reliable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps cable internet and a 10 Mbps backup connection.
