Description

  • Respond promptly to customer emails, portal requests, live chat, SMS, and phone inquiries in French and English.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, prioritizing urgent and last-minute customer needs.
  • Provide empathetic support and clear troubleshooting to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records, case notes, and interaction logs.
  • Build trusted customer relationships through proactive, friendly, and solution-oriented communication.
  • Coordinate emergency maintenance and housekeeping support for urgent issues such as lockouts and repairs.
  • Process payments, verify guest details, and manage check-in and reservation workflows.
  • Follow internal procedures, guidelines, and data privacy protocols when documenting and handling cases.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and French, written and spoken.
  • At least 1 year of proven customer service experience in a B2C or B2B environment.
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM systems, and VoIP tools.
  • Experience using word-processing software and spreadsheets, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools, such as Google Calendar.
  • Proactive, confident, and highly detail-oriented.
  • Able to work the EST schedule from 12:00 midnight to 8:00 a.m. EST, 40 hours per week.
  • Must have a USB headset with noise cancellation, a working webcam, a computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM, and internet speeds of at least 25 Mbps cable and 10 Mbps backup.
  • Preferred minimum language proficiency of B2 level or higher in both English and French.
