Description

  • Call and email potential clients in the US and Australia to schedule appointments.
  • Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns and referrals.
  • Maintain an updated calendar of scheduled calls and demos.
  • Document all client communications accurately in the CRM.
  • Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.
  • Screen and vet leads for fit, competencies, and technical skills.
  • Develop and maintain an accurate prospecting database or CRM.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of proven experience as an appointment setter with international clients.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on a graveyard shift and during US work hours.
  • Familiarity with desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets such as MS Office.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools such as Google Calendar.
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using current technologies.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation, working webcam, and a computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
  • Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection and backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps.
