Description

  • Handle guest inquiries and communications through the Airbnb platform.
  • Coordinate with property owners and cleaners via WhatsApp and Telegram.
  • Assist with calendar updates and booking coordination.
  • Support backend and administrative tasks such as invoicing and status updates.
  • Follow existing workflows and documentation to complete tasks consistently.
  • Help manage workload and backlog during busy periods.
  • Work within the client’s EST schedule for daily coordination.

Requirements

  • Experience using the Airbnb platform at an experienced level.
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate through WhatsApp and Telegram.
  • USB headset with noise-cancellation feature.
  • Working webcam.
  • Main and backup computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
  • Main internet connection with at least 25 Mbps wired speed.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps speed.
  • Availability to work 4 hours per day on an EST schedule.
  • Only qualified candidates will be invited to take the assessment and interview.
