Description

  • Build hyper-targeted prospect lists (100+ qualified leads weekly) by researching company sites, Crunchbase, forums, and other databases.
  • Craft, personalize, and send cold email campaigns at scale using verification tools (e.g., Hunter.io, Apollo) and run A/B tests to optimize deliverability and response rates.
  • Run LinkedIn and emerging-platform outbound outreach to build pipelines from zero using advanced search and messaging.
  • Set up and manage affiliate programs: recruit partners, negotiate deals, track commissions, and optimize program ROI using dashboards.
  • Qualify and manage leads in HubSpot or similar CRM, nurture them with automated sequences, and hand off or close opportunities as appropriate.
  • Analyze campaign data weekly—track reply rates, conversion funnels, cost-per-lead (CPL), and other KPIs—and iterate tactics to hit aggressive targets.
  • Implement and maintain basic automations and reporting in Google Sheets/Excel and via tools like Zapier to scale workflows and measure performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B lead generation or outreach experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with email deliverability, A/B testing of sequences, and techniques to avoid spam filters.
  • Proven ability to build pipelines from zero on LinkedIn using advanced search and messaging.
  • Hands-on experience recruiting affiliates, running affiliate programs on platform(s), and driving partner-led revenue.
  • Strong web research skills for scraping and personalizing outreach at scale (company sites, Crunchbase, forums).
  • Tool proficiency with Apollo, Hunter, Lemlist, HubSpot, and Google Sheets/Excel; comfortable with basic automations (Zapier).
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to track and report campaign metrics.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication, interpersonal skills, and customer-service orientation.
  • Startup mindset: self-starter who experiments quickly, owns outcomes, communicates concisely, and meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work US hours/graveyard shift; remote work discipline; nice-to-have: SaaS/tech startup experience targeting SMBs or enterprises and basic email copywriting skills.
