Description

  • Support integrations between client systems and MasterBorn products by checking API requests and responses and verifying data with SQL queries.
  • Read and apply internal and partner technical documentation.
  • Investigate reported issues by reproducing them, narrowing down causes, and summarizing findings.
  • Communicate with English-speaking clients to clarify requirements and provide updates.
  • Use Git for commits, branches, and pull requests.
  • Own assigned tasks, raise blockers early, and incorporate feedback.

Requirements

  • Basic programming knowledge in any language; TypeScript is a plus.
  • Understanding of APIs, HTTP requests and responses, GET/POST methods, status codes, and JSON.
  • Basic SQL knowledge, including SELECT, WHERE, JOIN, and reading database schemas.
  • Working knowledge of Git, including commits, branches, and pull requests.
  • Ability to fully understand technical documentation in English.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Clear written communication, independence, and openness to feedback.
  • Minimum C1 proficiency in spoken and written English and Polish.
  • Experience with TypeScript or another backend language is preferred.
  • Familiarity with webhooks, queues, fintech, meeting facilitation, Agile/Scrum/Lean Startup, or technical documentation is preferred.
