Description

  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities across the Local, Central, and wider Public Sector markets using your network.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Build sustainable long-term relationships with large and complex customers.
  • Use customer, competitor, market, and economic insight to shape win strategies.
  • Build and maintain a robust, qualified sales pipeline with 3x target coverage.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and establish partnerships with key vendors.
  • Build strong senior-level relationships within the target customer base.
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the leadership and management team to identify strategic growth opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Identify customer needs, handle queries, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Substantial experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies.
  • Experience leading complex deals within the Public Sector market.
  • Strong understanding of Public Sector procurement, bidding, and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the telecoms industry and knowledge of WiFi, Fixed Line Connectivity, SD-WAN, and IoT products is desirable.
  • Experience in technology and solutions sales is desirable.
