Description

  • Develop and execute omnichannel trade marketing plans to drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement through retail and distribution channels in France and Benelux.
  • Localise global marketing initiatives and assets to align with regional market trends, cultural nuances, and retail partner needs while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with retailer marketing and commercial teams to enhance WHOOP brand positioning and support partner pipelines across third-party retail and distributors.
  • Brief, create, and deploy point-of-sale (POS) materials, in-store displays, above-the-line (ATL) and digital activations across social, CRM and online platforms.
  • Plan and execute trade and retail events including partner activations, experiential pop-ups, and trade initiatives to increase visibility, support product launches, and drive sell-through.
  • Develop and manage training initiatives for retail associates to improve product knowledge and customer engagement.
  • Use sales and market data to analyze campaign and account performance, optimize omni-channel efforts, and maximize ROI.
  • Manage budgets and external vendors and work cross-functionally (Sales, Brand Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Creative, Apparel & Accessories) to deliver integrated campaigns and promotions.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English with exceptional written and verbal communication; additional languages are a bonus.
  • 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, brand marketing, or retail marketing, ideally within healthtech, consumer electronics, or premium consumer goods.
  • Proven experience managing distributor and third-party retail partner relationships in the France / Benelux region, including supporting in-store activations and events.
  • Deep understanding of France and Benelux market dynamics with proven ability to adapt marketing strategies to local consumer behaviors.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute high-quality omni-channel campaigns across in-store and online activations and to drive sell-through.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, negotiation, relationship-building skills, and experience managing high-value accounts.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% across the France / Benelux region and Europe, including visits to WHOOP HQ in Boston; applicant must reside in Belgium, the Netherlands, or Luxembourg.
