Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines aligned with the DoD DevSecOps Reference Architecture.
  • Automate secure environment deployments using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Integrate SAST, DAST, container scanning, and other security tools into delivery pipelines.
  • Implement DoD STIGs, DISA baselines, and RMF controls in infrastructure as code.
  • Develop scripts and tools to support compliance validation and continuous monitoring.
  • Manage DevSecOps toolchains including GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Harbor, Nexus, SonarQube, and Anchore.
  • Automate container security and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes and related hardened environments.
  • Manage secrets storage, credential rotation, and logging with approved secret-management tools.
  • Collaborate with security, development, and operations teams on RMF, NIST SP 800-53, and FedRAMP alignment.
  • Work with ISSOs, ISSMs, and Security Control Assessors to develop ATO packages and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of hands-on DevSecOps experience in AI/ML or data-intensive systems.
  • Experience with secure cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP, AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, DoD Cloud, or air-gapped environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including OpenShift or Kubernetes security hardening.
  • Strong understanding of federal security compliance standards such as NIST 800-53, RMF, and FedRAMP.
  • Proven experience managing and driving successful ATO processes.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, or similar.
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture concepts.
  • Active security clearance or eligibility to obtain one; US Gov Secret clearance or above is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as CKA, AWS Certified Security or DevOps Engineer, or HashiCorp Certified Terraform Associate are preferred.
