Description

  • Design, develop, maintain, and improve Digital Workplace scripts, integrations, and automation solutions.
  • Build API-based integrations and automated workflows across workplace platforms and services.
  • Create reusable automation components, utilities, and implementation patterns.
  • Automate operational and data-related workflows with appropriate controls, traceability, and reliability.
  • Develop AI-enabled or agent-based automation where appropriate.
  • Collect, validate, transform, and structure data for automation, reporting, and decision support.
  • Investigate and resolve issues involving scripts, integrations, authentication, data quality, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, security, and operations stakeholders.
  • Test, document, monitor, improve, and hand over implemented solutions.
  • Follow enterprise IT processes, security standards, data-handling requirements, and documentation practices.

Requirements

  • Strong scripting or software development experience building reliable automation, integrations, or operational tools.
  • Experience with PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, authentication, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience designing secure, supportable, and maintainable automated workflows or scheduled processes.
  • Understanding of source control, error handling, logging, testing, monitoring, documentation, and maintainability.
  • Experience implementing or supporting AI-enabled automation, including responsible use, security, data quality, and human oversight.
  • Working knowledge of structured data collection, validation, and preparation.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and translate requirements into practical solutions.
  • Experience in a large-scale, process-driven enterprise environment.
  • Experience with AI agents, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Graph API, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, or SharePoint (preferred).
  • Experience with data visualization, information management, Intune, endpoint management, or ITIL-based service management (preferred).
