Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment execution for assigned roles.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates based on job requirements.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide timely updates and feedback.
  • Keep accurate records of candidates, interviews, and recruitment activities in ATS or internal systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for career services clients.
  • Conduct introductory meetings to understand client goals, preferences, and job targets.
  • Build rapport with clients through follow-ups, proactive updates, and ongoing support.
  • Optimize CVs, resumes, and LinkedIn profiles for greater visibility.
  • Apply for roles on behalf of clients and conduct mock interviews with coaching and feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or Talent Acquisition professional.
  • Experience in career coaching is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to work with both candidates and clients in a consultative manner.
  • Must be organized, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Experience supporting clients in job search and interview preparation is preferred.
  • Ability to manage work effectively in a remote-first environment.
  • Comfort working with international clients and a consultative service model.
