Description

  • Lead recruitment across EMEA, the Americas, APAC, and remote locations.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and sourcing through interviews, assessments, offers, and hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and maintain efficient, aligned hiring processes.
  • Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
  • Conduct first-round interviews and assess competencies, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Support employer branding, recruitment policies, tools, and workflow improvements.
  • Support the ATS migration, including data transfer, workflow configuration, testing, go-live, and user training.
  • Manage People systems including Factorial, Workable, HR SharePoint, and AI tools, coordinating with vendors as needed.
  • Lead global mobility processes for relocations and internal departmental moves.
  • Coordinate mobility transitions with employees, HR business partners, and managers while supporting compliant execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in an international or fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions and seniority levels.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Experience with ATS platforms, assessment tools, HR systems, Factorial, and AI recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and drive processes without daily oversight.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills when managing simultaneous global searches under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and document accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain structured workflows, recruitment dashboards, pipelines, and documentation.
  • Experience using recruitment data and metrics to improve processes and support decisions.
  • Experience with international mobility, including basic visa, relocation, and compliance considerations.
  • High cultural awareness and ability to communicate across regions and seniority levels.
  • Experience in consulting, luxury, customer experience, or multinational environments.
  • Availability to start on short notice for a five-month contract.
  • ATS migration or implementation experience, including data transfer, workflow setup, training, and go-live support, is strongly preferred.
