Description

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages and support Monthly Performance Reviews.
  • Perform variance analysis on revenue, expenses, and gross margin trends to identify key drivers and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze customer, operational, and financial data to provide insights into business performance and historical trends.
  • Use SQL and other analytical tools to extract, validate, and analyze large datasets from financial and operational systems.
  • Develop pricing, compensation, and expense models to support profitability analysis and business case evaluations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and custom reports using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Develop and maintain reports and models in multidimensional planning systems such as Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, or SmartView.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in collaboration with business leaders.
  • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational decision-making.
  • Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency, automate reporting and analysis, and enhance productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience in a corporate environment.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel and financial systems experience.
  • Experience working in large-scale ERP environments such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar systems; Workday experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Adaptive Planning is strongly preferred.
  • Strong SQL/data querying skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with cube-based planning and reporting systems such as Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, SmartView, or equivalent, including custom report development.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, automate tasks, and increase analytical productivity.
  • Understanding of financial reporting processes and foundational accounting principles.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-directed, collaborative, and adaptable with strong business acumen and a continuous improvement mindset.
