Description

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of enterprise supply chain visibility implementations from contract signature through hypercare transition.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, resource plans, budget forecasts, risk registers, and milestone tracking.
  • Manage project budgets from $150K to $1M+ and ensure delivery within approved financial parameters.
  • Lead governance meetings including executive steering committees, status reviews, business reviews, and program assessments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and third-party integration partners across multiple time zones.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs covering schedule adherence, budget variance, scope changes, customer satisfaction, and value realization.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and manage change control processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer executives, IT leadership, procurement, and operations teams.
  • Guide technical teams through integrations with ERP, TMS, OMS, and WMS systems, including data mapping, validation, EDI, and API work.
  • Support continuous improvement by analyzing performance metrics, improving delivery playbooks, and mentoring team members.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise software implementations.
  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, or ERP environments.
  • Strong supply chain domain knowledge, including transportation management, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, carrier management, and logistics execution.
  • Experience managing project budgets of $100K+ with forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting.
  • Experience managing 3-5+ concurrent enterprise implementations with shared resources.
  • Deep understanding of ERP systems and supply chain software integration patterns and data flows.
  • Familiarity with transportation modes including FTL, LTL, intermodal, ocean, and air, plus logistics documents such as BOL, POD, ASN/856, and load tender/204.
  • Experience with SaaS implementation phases including discovery, configuration, integration, UAT, training, and go-live.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel 10-20% to customer sites.
  • Preferred: experience leading executive steering committees and managing escalations.
  • Preferred: excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred: strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Preferred: ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and collaborate across sales, product, engineering, customer success, and partner teams.
