Description

  • Own full-cycle recruiting from headcount approval and sourcing through offer negotiation and close across senior leadership, technical, customer-facing, and operational roles.
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and executives on leveling, scorecards, interview loops, candidate bar, and hiring plans.
  • Build and actively manage diverse candidate pipelines through direct sourcing rather than relying on inbound applicants.
  • Direct the contract recruiter and internal scheduling/admin support to keep searches moving efficiently.
  • Use AI tools in daily recruiting work to draft job descriptions, personalize outreach, summarize candidate pipelines, and build structured interview question banks.
  • Partner with the Director of Total Rewards on compensation benchmarking, pay equity, and offer strategy.
  • Lead offer negotiations and manage agency relationships when external support is needed.
  • Own recruiting data and reporting, including time to fill, pipeline health, source quality, and offer acceptance.
  • Improve the hiring process, including the applicant tracking system, interviewer training, and service level agreements between TA and hiring teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including senior leadership, sales, and technical roles.
  • Experience recruiting in healthcare and/or SaaS in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong generalist recruiting background with the ability to move between highly technical, customer-facing, and operations searches.
  • Ability to pivot quickly and reprioritize as hiring needs change.
  • Experience running a recruiting function with limited support and infrastructure.
  • Confidence working with executives and influencing hiring decisions with data and judgment.
  • Direct experience with compensation benchmarking, pay equity, and offer negotiation.
  • Fluent use of AI tools in recruiting work, with concrete examples of how they are used.
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and strong personalities.
  • Commitment to building diverse teams and experience supporting inclusive hiring processes.
  • Preferred: recruiting experience specifically in healthcare or health tech.
  • Preferred: experience managing contract recruiters or agency relationships.
  • Preferred: experience standing up or scaling recruiting at a growth-stage company.
  • Required tools: Lever ATS, GoodTime Scheduling, LinkedIn Recruiter, Slack, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, an AI assistant such as Claude, and compensation benchmarking tools such as Pave or Radford.
  • Preferred tools: ZoomAI, Rippling, Checkr, Jira, Confluence, Zapier, Docusign AI tools such as Claude or NotebookLM.
