Description

  • Prospect and engage HR, People, and Benefits leaders across Italy to generate new business opportunities.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and manage forecasts and sales activity in CRM tools.
  • Prepare and deliver customized commercial presentations and proposals for the Italian market.
  • Understand client needs and position Wellz as a strategic mental wellbeing solution for organizations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and other internal teams to support sales efforts and onboarding.
  • Support selected Customer Success activities during the initial phase of the Italian operation when needed.
  • Share market insights and client feedback to improve sales approach, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Help create a strong early customer experience as the local operation scales.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven ability to manage and close complex sales cycles.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to understand client needs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams.
  • Native or fluent Italian language skills.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Experience selling HR, wellbeing, or SaaS solutions is preferred.
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Italian HR or employee benefits ecosystem is preferred.
