Description

  • Build, qualify, and manage a sales pipeline at roughly 3x quota.
  • Generate about 30% of pipeline through proactive outbound outreach via LinkedIn, calls, and email.
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery and product demos through negotiation and close.
  • Lead in-depth discovery calls and live product demonstrations for prospects.
  • Manage forecast reporting and pipeline activity in Salesforce with high accuracy.
  • Build credibility in the nonprofit sector and serve as a trusted advisor to prospects.
  • Educate prospects on Bloomerang’s value and how its solutions address nonprofit challenges.
  • Develop deep knowledge of Bloomerang’s tools and services to support and guide prospects.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a quota-carrying Account Executive role.
  • A proven record of achieving at least 95% of annual quota and 90% of monthly targets.
  • Ability to self-source approximately 30% of total deals through proactive efforts.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and ability to communicate product value effectively.
  • A demonstrated desire to learn, grow, and improve through feedback and self-reflection.
  • Preferred experience selling SaaS to nonprofits or B2B companies.
  • Preferred experience working with nonprofit organizations.
  • Preferred interest in building or advancing a career in technology sales.
