Description

  • Identify and qualify potential partners across the Italian wellness and corporate services landscape.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and contract discussions through negotiation and closing.
  • Deliver presentations to business owners and stakeholders and represent Wellhub as the face of the company.
  • Handle objections and negotiate commercial agreements that support both partner needs and company growth goals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and daily activity targets.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure new partners are properly integrated into internal systems.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline, track leads, schedule follow-ups, and manage calendar activity.
  • Promote a workplace culture centered on wellbeing and support colleagues in taking care of themselves.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in outbound customer contact roles such as cold calling, telemarketing, or retail sales.
  • Strong emphasis on customer interaction and meeting sales or conversion goals.
  • Preferred experience in the Welfare, HR Tech, or Fitness industries in Italy.
  • Hunter mentality with the ability to manage a high volume of daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
  • Exceptional persuasive communication skills with the ability to speak to both small business owners and corporate executives.
  • Advanced level of English is required.
  • Process-oriented mindset and comfort working in an automated environment.
  • Passion for corporate wellness and belief in the value of physical and mental activity.
  • Prior experience in outbound customer contact and a hunter mentality are mandatory requirements.
