Description

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of Braze for the Marketing Operations team.
  • Support the User Growth and marketing teams with workflow setup and campaign execution.
  • Implement best practices to maximize the value of the Braze account.
  • Optimize marketing automation processes to make them more automated, personalized, and scalable.
  • Evaluate and help implement new technologies to improve the marketing stack.
  • Provide ongoing support to the marketing team on access, training, optimization, and best practices.
  • Explore and implement AI solutions to improve automation workflows and CRM communications.
  • Collaborate with global teams to address requests and support cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience using Braze.
  • Prior experience with Braze usage, Liquid Template Language, Braze Canvas Flow, and basic API calls for Connected Content and Webhook is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of HTML for emails.
  • Knowledge of the Liquid template language.
  • English proficiency is required; Spanish is a plus.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
  • Problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
  • Hands-on, organized, and highly detail-oriented work style.
  • Experience or strong interest in using Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude is a plus.
  • Knowledge of WhatsApp and SMS strategy is a plus.
  • Braze native AI features are a plus.
