Description

  • Review, draft, and negotiate contractual agreements with partners and participate in related meetings.
  • Respond to internal and external legal inquiries on contract terms and conditions, including commercial matters, data protection, and intellectual property.
  • Oversee contract review and escalation processes to ensure compliance with legal and business standards.
  • Translate and clarify contractual terms to align with regional legal and business requirements.
  • Develop and implement legal playbooks in collaboration with other business areas.
  • Conduct legal training sessions and workshops for internal teams and provide general guidance on matters within scope.
  • Support high-volume legal requests from multiple business units while maintaining efficiency and compliance.
  • Anticipate, identify, and mitigate legal risks and recommend preventive measures to avoid disputes.
  • Serve as a trusted legal advisor to business areas and protect the company’s interests.

Requirements

  • Law degree obtained in any European country.
  • 6+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal role within multinational companies.
  • Expertise in contract law, risk assessment, data protection, and legal negotiations.
  • Experience in contract review, negotiation, and general advisory work.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract terms and conditions and ability to work across different countries.
  • Experience working with AI and Contract Lifecycle Management tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including diplomacy and flexibility.
  • Ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely to all levels of the organization.
  • Native or fluent English and French are mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills to work independently and manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
  • Prior experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contractual agreements, advising on data protection and intellectual property matters, and knowledge of European law are mandatory.
  • Experience in a dynamic, fast-moving international environment is preferred.
