Description

  • Act as a trusted advisor to regional enterprise sales leadership and translate business challenges into actionable program strategies.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data from Salesforce, customer interviews, sales data, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Design, launch, and manage cross-functional enterprise go-to-market programs and sales plays from end to end.
  • Align GTM leadership, Sales Strategy, Marketing, Channel Partners, and other stakeholders to ensure programs are operationalized effectively.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting in Salesforce and/or Google Sheets to monitor program performance.
  • Present strategic recommendations and complex insights through written documents, visual decks, and verbal presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Track program ROI and customer engagement metrics and continuously improve initiatives based on performance data.
  • Lead regional implementation of global product GTM strategies tailored to the U.S. enterprise market.
  • Troubleshoot process gaps and support detailed project workstreams as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous relevant experience in Enterprise SaaS or tech environments, ideally in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Programs.
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional strategic initiatives with revenue impact.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based stakeholders or companies; global experience is a plus.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Advanced Salesforce skills, including dashboard creation, are required.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of SaaS and financial metrics.
  • Experience with sales processes, GTM data, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership, autonomy, and ability to operate in ambiguity.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive execution.
  • Prior experience in sales strategy or revenue operations is a mandatory requirement for this role.
  • Analytical knowledge and experience working with the U.S. market are mandatory requirements.
