Description

  • Lead production for the Seasonal Content organization and deliver every MONOPOLY GO! season.
  • Own the operational health of the seasonal portfolio across quality, novelty, predictability, resource use, and business goals.
  • Drive improvements to the seasonal content pipeline from concept through launch across art, design, narrative, gameplay, rewards, licensed IP, localization, and live operations.
  • Own content roadmap planning, art capacity planning, outsourcing strategy, and resource forecasting.
  • Partner with Product, Art, Design, Live Operations, Marketing, and Licensing leadership to align priorities across seasonal initiatives.
  • Provide strategic direction while staying hands-on with milestone reviews, dependency management, issue resolution, and production planning.
  • Identify execution risks, staffing challenges, dependency conflicts, and operational gaps before they affect delivery.
  • Drive executive visibility through reporting, production health metrics, risk assessments, and recommendations.
  • Champion continuous improvement in production methods, governance, tooling, AI adoption, and workflows.
  • Mentor Production Managers and Producers to raise production maturity across the organization.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading production in large-scale live-service game development environments.
  • Deep expertise with content-heavy production pipelines, including art production, outsourcing, IP development, localization, approvals, and live seasonal releases.
  • Demonstrated success as a Production Director or equivalent leader responsible for strategy and execution.
  • Strong experience in production planning, capacity planning, portfolio management, dependency mapping, forecasting, and operational excellence.
  • Exceptional understanding of creative development pipelines and how to optimize art and content production without sacrificing quality or innovation.
  • Outstanding diplomacy and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and resolve conflict without direct authority.
  • Experience leading organizational change, including new processes, structures, tools, or ways of working, while driving adoption.
  • Excellent judgment balancing player experience, creative ambition, technical constraints, production risk, and business priorities.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced environments with rapidly evolving priorities and complex cross-functional organizations.
  • Bonus points: experience on category-leading live-service games, mobile free-to-play games, globally distributed teams, rapid growth environments, modern AI productivity tools such as Claude, Codex, or Cursor, and evolving production operating models or governance frameworks.

  • Annual salary range of $164,000 to $247,000 USD for candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA.
