Description

  • Design, implement, and optimize preventive and reactive collections journeys for B2B receivables discounting products.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of overdue receivables and lead asset recovery efforts to improve aging and roll rates.
  • Monitor credit instruments and identify early warning signs of fraud, cancellations, or payment flow diversions.
  • Lead complex debt restructuring negotiations and formalize debt acknowledgment agreements with partners.
  • Track and report on allowance for doubtful accounts and collection performance metrics using SQL and BI tools.
  • Provide actionable recovery insights to executive leadership through financial reporting and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to balance recovery outcomes with relationship management.
  • Promote a supportive work culture that prioritizes wellbeing and work-life balance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B collections and asset recovery, especially in receivables discounting, factoring, FIDC, or corporate credit markets.
  • Strong ability to analyze SME financial statements, including P&L and cash flow, to assess repayment capacity and creditworthiness.
  • Proficiency in SQL for portfolio segmentation and advanced knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Solid understanding of credit assignment contracts and collateral/guarantee structures.
  • Ability to identify early warning signs of fraud or liquidity issues before they affect bad debt (PDD).
  • Hands-on, ownership-driven profile with a builder mentality and ability to create processes from the ground up.
  • Advanced English required for global reporting and collaboration with international teams.
  • Prior experience in B2B collections and asset recovery is mandatory.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and BI tools is mandatory.
  • Experience with complex debt recovery, legal credit instruments, or financial reporting is preferred.
