Description

  • Own the end-to-end inventory lifecycle within ERP and accounting systems and keep stock valuation audit-ready.
  • Execute the 3-way match process for purchase orders, goods received, and invoices.
  • Book landed costs such as freight, duties, and logistics accurately into COGS.
  • Check unit prices and landed costs against source invoices and master price lists and resolve discrepancies.
  • Act as the finance super-user for the ERP, maintaining stock-related accounting entries and identifying system integration improvements.
  • Partner closely with Operations to troubleshoot supply chain workflows and improve reporting.
  • Provide visibility into stock-related spend and support accurate financial data across finance and operational systems.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain Finance, preferably in a product-based or inventory-driven business.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Fulfil, Cin7, or similar inventory management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of inventory accounting principles, including stock valuation, landed costs, and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
  • Experience performing 3-way matching and investigating discrepancies in procurement or supplier invoices.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for reconciliations, cost tracking, and financial data analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate financial records and inventory data integrity across systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain teams.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
