Description

  • Oversee all aspects of meal service and supervise the kitchen aide team members.
  • Ensure high-quality nutrition, kitchen, reception, engagement, and personal care services for participants.
  • Manage nutrition, engagement, personal care, housekeeping, and front desk reception operations in coordination with the Engagement Supervisor and Day Center Coordinator.
  • Hire, train, monitor, and mentor staff while maintaining clear and effective workflows.
  • Plan and facilitate interdisciplinary team (IDT) and participant-care meetings with the Center Director, including documenting and tracking follow-up items.
  • Coordinate physical plant, supplies, and equipment management, including maintenance and vendor oversight.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for participants, staff, and visitors.
  • Oversee engagement department assessments and interventions to ensure regulatory compliance and timely documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or 5 years of experience in lieu of education.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of relevant management experience.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience within a senior or health care program preferred.
  • ADHC, PACE, Health Plan, or clinic operations experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience working with elderly individuals living at home.
  • Professional experience in a relevant field such as Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapy preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification must be obtained within 180 days of hire and maintained thereafter.
  • CPR and First Aid certification upon hire is preferred.

  • Base salary plus bonus, with a posted range of $99,309.58 to $131,088.64 USD.
