Description

  • Create, iterate, and track schedules and processes for game features and assets.
  • Drive completion of project goals, objectives, and deliverables with attention to time and quality.
  • Monitor the balance of time and resources across the project.
  • Work closely with production teams and leads to provide information needed to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure clear communication of the vision and targets across the team.
  • Establish appropriate review forums for team feedback and alignment.
  • Identify and communicate roadblocks and bottlenecks as they arise.
  • Make recommendations for adjustments when project plans need to change.
  • Support the team by running daily routines and production coordination tasks.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, including timekeeping and scheduling.
  • A proactive, service-oriented attitude with a strong 'how can I help' mindset.
  • Project management skills.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office tools and tracking/scheduling tools.
  • Experience in production.
  • Interest in developing video games.
  • JIRA and Confluence expertise.
  • Experience working across multiple locations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and production teams.
