Description

  • Own end-to-end program governance, including PMO structure, governance forums, reporting cadences, and integrated planning across RPA, agentic workflows, and generative AI workstreams.
  • Run project planning, delivery reviews, and RAG status with technical leads while tracking velocity and removing blockers.
  • Track scope, schedule, budget, quality, milestones, dependencies, and critical path, escalating deviations proactively.
  • Maintain program documentation, status reports, decision logs, and other governance artifacts to a high standard.
  • Own the RAID log and lead risk, issue, and change management across all workstreams.
  • Design and enforce the change control process, including impact assessment for scope changes and escalation to the steering committee.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and program stakeholders, building trusted relationships and managing expectations.
  • Prepare and present executive status reports, steering committee packs, and milestone reviews for senior leadership.
  • Own resource and capacity planning, including forecasting demand, onboarding and offboarding, utilization tracking, and coordination with HR and recruitment.
  • Own program budget tracking, financial reporting, contingency management, and support for commercial activities such as SOWs, change orders, invoicing, and contract renewals.
  • Provide delivery oversight for intelligent automation and RPA programs, bridging business and technical teams on feasibility, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Establish and track program KPIs and OKRs, produce insights on delivery health and ROI, and lead retrospectives and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program management experience in large-scale digital transformation, automation, or AI/ML programs.
  • Experience with UiPath migrations.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ people across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe delivery frameworks.
  • Comfort operating in hybrid Agile-Waterfall environments.
  • Experience owning program financials, including budget control, P&L tracking, and commercial or contract management.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills for engineering, business, and C-suite audiences.
  • Ability to hold credible, substantive conversations with AI engineers and architects about feasibility, timelines, and technical dependencies.
  • Experience with AI, generative AI, or automation programs in a client-facing delivery context (preferred).
  • Experience managing distributed offshore-onshore teams across multiple time zones (preferred).
  • Knowledge of pre-sales processes, including proposals, effort estimates, and client solution presentations (preferred).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience (preferred).
