Description

  • Promote sales of specialty fertilizers and bio-stimulants.
  • Expand new business opportunities and build a customer pipeline.
  • Oversee and manage key accounts and distributor relationships.
  • Provide both technical and commercial support to customers and partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Purchasing, R&D, and Manufacturing departments.
  • Generate leads and represent the company at industry events.
  • Travel frequently to meet customers, distributors, and attend events.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of sales experience in Plant Nutrition, Bio-Stimulants, Soil Conditioners, or Micronutrients.
  • Robust technical and commercial knowledge of the plant nutrition market.
  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, and new business development.
  • Experience with global/international business development or international sales (preferred).
  • Availability for frequent travel and customer-facing activities.
  • Location: Remote (India); Job type: Full-time.
  • Experience managing distributor relationships and key account oversight.
  • Willingness to participate in and generate leads from industry events.
