Description

  • Lead and scale a world-class team of Global System Integrator professionals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with partners and customers.
  • Develop and execute the global strategy for GSI partnerships.
  • Manage partnership cadence, performance tracking, and outcomes against business goals.
  • Build strategic partnerships that drive revenue and influence with enterprise customers.
  • Develop deep relationships and commitments to build Okta practices with key partners.
  • Work across direct and indirect theater leadership to align regional execution with global priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner executive leadership to drive alignment and results.

Requirements

  • Proven success leading and scaling a team in a hyper-growth SaaS and/or security company.
  • A proven track record of orchestrating high-value GSI alliances that exceed strategic growth and revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated success in evolving partner programs and leading market-entry initiatives across global markets.
  • Strong executive communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting strategy and performance metrics to C-level and Board audiences.
  • Deep relationships with Accenture, Deloitte, and PWC are required for consideration.
  • Experience operating in a global-to-local business model is implied by the role's scope.
  • Ability to work effectively with direct and indirect theater leadership, cross-functional organizations, and partner executive teams.
  • Prior experience managing partner strategy justification, business cadence, and performance accountability is relevant to success.
