Description

Lead, mentor, onboard, and assign work to a team of 5–10 technical trainers.
Monitor team productivity and quality, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery of technical tasks.
Oversee end-to-end development and validation of terminal-based scientific and engineering tasks.
Review problem statements, codebases, circuit netlists, HDLs, datasets, environments, reference solutions, and automated tests.
Validate tasks across software systems, scientific computing, and electrical engineering domains.
Verify algorithmic correctness, computational complexity, numerical precision, concurrency behavior, circuit laws, timing constraints, and system stability.
Ensure compilers, simulation tools, dependencies, build processes, and computational environments produce reproducible results.
Review tests and graders for meaningful assessment of correctness, performance, efficiency, waveforms, and system behavior.
Identify edge cases, race conditions, nondeterministic tests, simulation issues, flawed assumptions, and potential task bypasses.
Maintain technical guidelines and review standards, provide actionable feedback, track revisions, and improve evaluation processes.

Requirements

7+ years of relevant experience.
Advanced technical expertise in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline; Ph.D., postdoctoral experience, or equivalent expertise preferred.
Strong proficiency in C/C++ and experience with languages such as Python, Rust, Julia, Fortran, MATLAB/Octave, or hardware description languages.
Advanced proficiency with Linux, command-line tools, and terminal-based development workflows.
Hands-on expertise in at least one area such as parallel computing, systems programming, scientific software, circuit simulation, signal processing, power systems, or digital hardware design.
Strong knowledge of algorithms, computational systems, numerical methods, software testing, or electrical engineering fundamentals.
Experience reviewing complex codebases, engineering simulations, technical implementations, or research outputs.
Ability to assess computational performance, algorithmic correctness, numerical accuracy, concurrency, reliability, and edge cases.
Experience leading, mentoring, or reviewing small technical teams, with strong written technical communication skills.
Experience with MPI, OpenMP, CUDA, LLVM/GCC, CMake, GDB, Valgrind, Docker, Git, CI/CD, simulation tools, automated grading, AI evaluation, or open-source review is preferred.
