Description

  • Lead the design and development of architectural solutions and prototypes with the system architect and development team.
  • Build, test, and debug high-quality back-end and front-end code.
  • Address customer cases and maintain reliable product operation.
  • Monitor and optimize development processes to improve team productivity and quality.
  • Drive adoption of development tools, standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and leadership to align technical direction with business goals.
  • Conduct technical interviews, mentor developers, and support onboarding and professional growth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of programming experience with a strong focus on .NET.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical lead or team lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and KISS, SOLID, and DRY principles.
  • Proficiency in C# and modern .NET platforms (.NET 6+).
  • Experience with ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and containerized services.
  • Experience with Git or SVN, including branching, merging, and rebasing.
  • Experience with unit testing, mocking, NUnit, Moq, and Postman.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency for spoken and business communication.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, DOM, and CSS/SASS, including implementing UI prototypes (preferred).
