Description

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and leadership roles from initial sourcing through closure.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, databases, and market mapping.
  • Screen candidates and conduct initial evaluations.
  • Manage candidate communication and coordination across hiring stages.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialized and leadership positions.
  • Develop strong candidate relationships to create a positive hiring experience.
  • Collaborate with delivery managers and account teams to achieve successful hiring outcomes.
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping activities.

Requirements

  • 3 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Consulting, Executive Search, or Staffing.
  • Experience recruiting in Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Defence, Electronics, Electrical, Robotics, Automation, Industrial, or Technology sectors is preferred.
  • Proficiency in sourcing and headhunting skilled candidates.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial approach and a strong focus on delivery excellence.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a high-performing team.
  • Experience in talent acquisition leadership for niche sectors and non-IT recruitment.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience is indicated for the role.
