Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for Architecture/Buildings roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Deliver a high-quality experience for hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruiting and onboarding process.
  • Develop and execute customized recruitment strategies to support business growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and serve as a subject matter expert on sourcing highly specialized roles.
  • Conduct kickoff sessions with hiring managers to gather detailed role requirements and search information.
  • Review and analyze resumes and manage candidate notes and records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and conduct candidate interviews.
  • Draft and create offer letters, negotiate offers, and provide feedback to HR and hiring leaders.
  • Improve recruiting processes to ensure consistent service and quality standards across candidates, managers, and HR business partners.
  • Promote diversity hiring by identifying and presenting qualified diverse candidates and sourcing through diverse organizations and networks.
  • Support employee retention by helping reduce turnover among new hires.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience recruiting technical professionals.
  • 5+ years of experience recruiting for specialized or complex Architecture projects, such as Mission Critical/Data Centers, Ports & Maritime, Healthcare, or Aviation.
  • Experience in a technical sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition role.
  • Working knowledge of relevant employment legislation and employment trends.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite products and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to source, engage, and attract high-demand candidates.
  • Experience recruiting globally and understanding differences across global locations.
  • Prior experience recruiting in the Architecture, Engineering, Geospatial (AEG) industry is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, time management, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, including with both on-site and remote associates.
  • Applicants must already have work authorization in the country where the job is located; visa sponsorship is not available.
