Description

  • Manage the full hiring process from intake call through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring timelines, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Create and optimize job descriptions to improve visibility and candidate flow.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, Boolean search, and niche job boards.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates for ongoing hiring needs.
  • Conduct structured phone and video interviews to evaluate experience, communication, technical fit, and cultural alignment.
  • Administer assessments or screening exercises when needed and maintain detailed ATS notes and evaluation feedback.
  • Coordinate interviews and scheduling across time zones while keeping candidates informed throughout the process.
  • Provide hiring managers with pipeline updates, market feedback, interview debrief support, and candidate recommendations.
  • Draft and present offers, support compensation discussions and offer negotiations, and coordinate onboarding documentation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience.
  • Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, or iCIMS.
  • Strong sourcing and pipeline management skills.
  • Excellent interview and candidate assessment abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • Ability to manage fast-moving hiring pipelines efficiently.
  • Agency recruiting or staffing background is preferred.
  • High-volume recruiting experience is preferred.
  • Experience hiring for SaaS, Tech, Finance, Property Management, or Professional Services is preferred.
  • Knowledge of recruiting metrics and hiring analytics is preferred.
  • Familiarity with employment law and hiring compliance is preferred.
