Description

  • Define and maintain the brand’s voice on social media as credible, authentic, and trustworthy.
  • Develop storylines centered on habits, behavior change, and sustainable weight loss.
  • Create and manage the content calendar across campaigns, community engagement, and trending topics.
  • Collaborate with designers to turn ideas into engaging social content.
  • Monitor weekly performance and adjust content and strategy as needed.
  • Transform client experiences into testimonials, case studies, and other proof points.
  • Handle queries on the Founder’s social media accounts.
  • Build social media efforts with an ownership mindset rather than simply posting content.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Experience building a brand’s social media presence from the ground up.
  • Strong content strategy, content marketing, and social media marketing skills.
  • Ability to craft a brand voice that feels credible, authentic, and trustworthy.
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to turn real moments into emotionally resonant content.
  • Understanding of how brand voice, audience needs, and platform dynamics intersect.
  • Alignment with a philosophy that emphasizes consistency over quick fixes or guilt.
  • Bonus: insight into habits, weight loss, and self-image.
  • Remote work availability in India.
  • Full-time availability.
