Description

  • Edit short-form and long-form video content with clean cuts, strong pacing, and polished delivery.
  • Work in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro to produce publish-ready videos.
  • Apply color grading, audio balancing, transitions, motion graphics, and visual effects as needed.
  • Optimize video content for multiple platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain a consistent brand look and feel across all video outputs.
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently and turn around revisions quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and assets in a clean, retrievable file structure.
  • Create accurate, well-timed captions and subtitles that match brand aesthetics and improve accessibility and engagement.
  • Write and format social media post captions that complement the video and encourage action.
  • Manage content scheduling across social media platforms, maintain a content calendar, and provide basic performance reports.

Requirements

  • This is a full-time role.
  • Up to $7/hr compensation.
  • 100% remote position.
  • Strong, demonstrable video editing skills with a portfolio or reel required for consideration.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro; both is a strong plus.
  • Excellent captioning skills, both technical and creative.
  • Experience managing social media scheduling for a brand, creator, or business.
  • Understanding of content formats and best practices across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a capable editing setup for remote video work.
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to deliver quality work on deadline.
