Description

  • Review and assess investment-related materials, including financial models, market analyses, and deal documentation.
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of high-quality financial and investment content.
  • Apply private equity frameworks to evaluate business opportunities and investment scenarios.
  • Provide structured feedback to improve analytical accuracy and clarity.
  • Support due diligence, deal sourcing insights, and investment summary tasks.
  • Help evaluate and improve AI training content with investment expertise.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in private equity, preferably at a top-tier firm.
  • Strong experience in at least one of the following: financial modeling, market sizing/TAM analysis, investment memos and analytical summaries, CIM creation and due diligence, NDA/legal document review, or deal sourcing and pipeline development.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail.
  • Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week.
  • Availability for an initial engagement of at least 4 weeks starting in October.
  • Ability to work fully remote with a flexible, self-managed schedule.
  • Independent contractor status required.
  • Must not share confidential or proprietary information from any current or previous employer or client.
  • Applicants must be located in one of the supported countries, including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, or the United States.
