Description

  • Own contract and product profit margin analysis and monitoring.
  • Manage rolling monthly forecasts in close collaboration with product managers, program managers, and engineering leads.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly internal management reporting through presentations and written updates.
  • Develop and maintain ETC forecasts and EAC integrity with program management.
  • Forecast income statements and balance sheets by contract and business line.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analyses across multiple accounting levels.
  • Create reports and automated dashboards using FP&A and BI tools.
  • Support pricing and proposal activities.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and special project support.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting tools, systems, and procedures.
  • Assist with long-range planning.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience as a financial analyst or in a related finance/accounting role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, data management, and complex modeling.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Must be a United States citizen and eligible to apply for and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
  • Experience in DoD, manufacturing, and/or tech industries is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP, Oracle EPM, and Salesforce CRM is preferred.
