Description

  • Lead AI enablement programs that drive awareness, adoption, and long-term usage of AI tools and workflows.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, office hours, and hands-on demonstrations for business users and leaders.
  • Serve as an internal and client-facing AI advocate by building excitement, addressing concerns, and identifying adoption opportunities.
  • Partner with engineers, consultants, and delivery leaders to translate technical capabilities into practical business outcomes.
  • Support organizational adoption by creating communications, learning materials, and other resources for users.
  • Define, track, and report adoption metrics, user engagement, and business outcomes, then use feedback to improve programs.
  • Help financial services and insurance clients adopt AI responsibly within governance, compliance, and risk management requirements.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in enablement, training, consulting, organizational adoption, or a related field.
  • Experience working in banking, financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry.
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, including experience leading sessions with executives, business stakeholders, and end users.
  • Ability to influence and engage skeptical audiences while building excitement around new technologies and ways of working.
  • Experience developing and delivering training, enablement, or adoption programs for enterprise software, digital transformation, or AI initiatives.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into practical guidance for business users.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and a strong understanding of how AI is changing business processes and ways of working.
  • Comfortable operating in a client-facing consulting environment with multiple stakeholders and evolving priorities.
  • Prosci, ACMP, instructional design, or related certifications are a plus.
  • Willingness to work remotely from the US or LATAM.
  • H1B visa sponsorship is not offered.
